The Puy de Sancy

Just a few kilometers from our hotel in Mont-Dore, you'll find the Puy de Sancy, the highest peak in the Massif Central, at an altitude of 1,886 meters. Despite its mountainous appearance, the Puy de Sancy is a true volcano.

Throughout the year, you'll have the opportunity to climb to the summit of this giant and admire its exceptional landscapes. The Puy de Sancy is accessible on foot or by cable car, depending on the season and weather conditions.

A family ski resort

At the foot of the Puy de Sancy, in the heart of Auvergne, discover the Le Mont Dore ski resort. Surrounded by mountains, you will feel like you are in a different world in this "Famille Plus" labeled resort.
