Terms of Sales

These conditions are applicable to all sales concluded with L’Alti’Pic Hôtel located at 30 avenue Georges Clémenceau - 63240 LE MONT-DORE. As a result, the client acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and undertakes to comply with them.
These conditions of sale can be modified at any time, and the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date when the reservation will be made.


The prices indicated are in € (euro) and inclusive of tax, and take account of the VAT applicable on the day of booking. Any change in the applicable rate, or any modification or introduction of new legal taxes introduced by the competent authorities, will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the invoice date.
The rates extend per room for the number of people indicated and according to the period selected and do not include additional services (unless otherwise stated).
The tourist tax of 0.75 € per day and per person (over 18 years old) is specifically specified.


Reservations can be made on the website , by phone 04 73 65 05 49, by e-mail or by post.
The reservation will only be effective if it is guaranteed by the customer, by credit card number or by deposit (the amount will depend on the length of the stay), and after receipt of a reservation confirmation.
Payment for all services will be made directly to the hotel.
Reservations whatever their origins will be payable in € uro only.

The Alti’Pic Hôtel by Les Charmettes accepts the following payment methods:
• following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard;
• Bank check;
• ANCV Holiday Vouchers.

The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability for his needs, so that the responsibility of L’Alti’Pic Hôtel by Les Charmettes cannot be sought in this regard.


Force majeure means any event external to the parties having a character both unpredictable and insurmountable which prevents the customer in the realization of the trip, from performing all or part of the obligations provided for in the contract. This will be the case in particular with regard to strikes on means of transport, hotel staff, government or public riots.


In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-28 of the consumer code, the withdrawal period of 14 days does not apply to accommodation services.
Any modification or cancellation of a reservation must be made by calling and by email: (written request is compulsory).
The request will only become effective when L’Alti’Pic Hôtel by Les Charmettes has confirmed its acceptance in writing.

In the event of cancellation of a stay, made less than 3 days before the scheduled arrival date the following conditions apply (except in cases of force majeure):
- For stays of 1 to 3 nights, the amount of the first night will be charged.
- For stays greater than or equal to 4 nights, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be invoiced to you.
- In case of no show on the scheduled arrival date, the entire stay will be charged.
- Any stay started is entirely due.

In the event of an extension of the stay, the client must notify the hotel reception no later than 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure, in order to find out about availability.


The rooms are available from 3 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
A supplement may be invoiced in the event of non-compliance with the maximum departure time.
In the event of arrival after 8:00 p.m., reception must be notified.

The client accepts and agrees to use the room as a good father. Also any behaviour contrary to morality and public order will lead the hotel owner to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and or without any refund if a payment has already been made.

In addition, your room is provided for a determined number of people; in order to ensure the security rules of the hotel you must not, under any circumstances, accommodate additional people. The Alti’Pic Hôtel by Les Charmettes can therefore ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and without any refund of the current stay if the number of people does not correspond to that indicated during the reservation.

Our animal friends are not allowed in the establishment.


The ban on smoking has been in effect in all public places since January 2, 2008.

It is also absolutely forbidden to smoke in the rooms for obvious reasons of safety and comfort (non-compliance will result in compensation of € 50 / stay to restore the room to repair).


The Alti'Pic Hotel has parking 10 seats, no place can not be reserved in advance.
The Alti'Pic Hotel will not be held responsible if you cannot put your vehicle in the parking lot. Or even if your vehicle is damaged due to poor parking (example : 2 spaces instead of one, vehicle too large compared to the width of the space ...)
Note that if there is no room in the car park, you will find free public parking within 20 m and parking along the road outside the hotel.


All complaints must be sent to L ' Alti'Pic Hôtel by registered letter A / R and failing a satisfactory response within 2 months; the client can contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details and referral methods are available on his website:


Pursuant to law 78-17, known as information technology and liberties, customers are informed that their reservation is subject to computerized nominative processing. Users have a right of access and rectification of the data entered, which is exercised at the head office : SARL Alti'Pic - 30 avenue Georges Clémenceau - 63240 LE MONT-DORE.

It is specified that this information is not communicated to third parties.
The Alti'Pic Hotel offers WiFi internet access. The user client undertakes that the computer resources made available to him in no way be used for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by a copyright, by a neighboring right such as texts, images photographs, audiovisual musical works , software and video games, without the authorization of the holders of the rights envisaged in books I and II of the code of the intellectual property when this authorization is required.


The customer will be held responsible for any damage, any degradation, any act of vandalism which could occur because of the occupation of the premises and / or because of the participants and / or the staff for which he is responsible, both at movable, decorative and immovable property whether or not belonging to the hotel. As a result, L ' Alti'Pic Hôtel can therefore ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and without any reimbursement of the current stay, and to reimburse the damage caused by these acts.


These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. This is the case with the substantive rules as well as with the rules of form. Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
